Got private bathroom with a bath. Marvellous location, close to some of the must sees in Playa del Carmen, like Skydive Playa Skydiving Center, based near the place. At walking distance from the city center attractions😀

Absolutely amazing 1 night stay. Great room equipped with bid balcony. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bathrobes available. The best and unbeatable setting, near to the beach, 5th avenue, bus station & lots of cafes, shopping mall, and the centre. Btw, located in the shop downstairs.

Great location, close to everything. Spacious apartment with full kitchen. Clean and modern with cleaning service every 2 days. Responsive and helpful host. Has balcony and all necessary amenities. Will definitely return.

I had a great stay at this accommodation only one block away from the ADO bus station. the location couldn't have been better - we were right in the heart of all the action and didn't need to take a taxi anywhere. It was also surprisingly quiet after 11 pm. the huge upper patio was a definite highlight, as we had it all to ourselves. Communication with the staff was easy through WhatsApp. the price was reasonable for the basic amenities provided. Cons: For us, the stay was ideal and there were no major downsides 😊.

We got great value for our money - a clean and spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the bus terminal. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast offerings could have been better with more variety and options.
